Stephen Vickers

Stephen Vickers is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Senior Director of Global Sales Development at OutSystems since March 2024. Previously, Vickers held the position of Head of US Sales Development at Cognism from December 2022 to March 2024, and served as Senior Director of Global Business Development & Inside Sales at Acquia, where leadership encompassed North America, EMEA, and APJ teams. A long tenure at Oracle from June 2011 to July 2021 included roles as Group Sales Director, managing large teams and achieving significant SaaS pipeline growth. Vickers’ early career included positions at Road Runner Sports and Saucony, complemented by a B.A. in Information Design & Corporate Communications from Bentley University and ongoing studies at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
