Vera Branco

Vera Branco is an experienced professional in business process analysis and engineering, currently serving as Team Lead - Business Process Analysis and Lead Process Engineer at OutSystems since May 2021. Vera's role involves leading continual improvement initiatives to enhance customer-facing process quality and operational efficiency, managing IT Service Management practices, and facilitating training programs for software engineers globally. Prior to this, Vera gained valuable experience at OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, SA in various roles focused on digital transformation and business analysis, and served as a QA Tester in a volunteer capacity for We Help Ukraine. Vera also held a position as an Engineering Trainee at REN and volunteered extensively with the Board of European Students of Technology. Vera holds an Integrated Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an Energy Major from Instituto Superior Técnico.
