Yamaguchi

Yamaguchi, Mio is a seasoned professional in sales operations and strategy, currently serving as the RVP for Sales Operations & Strategy APAC at OutSystems since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing sales operations and deal desk functions across various APAC regions. Prior to this, Yamaguchi held multiple leadership roles at Splunk from December 2013 to April 2021, driving significant growth and turnaround in sales for Japan and Korea while earning prestigious awards for contributions to sales excellence. Experience also includes key positions at BMC Software overseeing sales enablement across North Asia, as well as roles in corporate strategy and account management at Softbank Broadmedia and Hitachi. Yamaguchi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Waseda University and has additional educational experience at Beloit College.
