Lee Saunders

Lee Saunders has worked in the recruitment industry since 2009. Starting at Apple Recruit Ltd, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant, learning their trade and building their desk in the Dental Industry. In 2011, they moved to Demon Recruitment Group as a Recruitment Consultant, building strong PSLs with new clients in a variety of industries such as Travel, Property and Dental. Lee then joined Cavendish Personnel Dental as a Partner, where they successfully developed and grew a perms desk, placing candidates at all levels in the practice and building strong relationships with practices across London. In 2012, they joined Inivo as a Permanent Nurse, Healthcare & Dental Recruitment Consultant, specialising in recruitment for the Healthcare and Dental industry across London and the UK. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Outt.com as a Business Development Executive.

Lee Saunders attended Lampton School prior to enrolling at Kingston University where they obtained a BSC Joint Honors in Sport Science and Business between 2005 and 2008.
