Steve O. is the founder and CEO of Outt.com. Prior to Outt.com, Steve was a management consultant at Go Apply UK from March 2018 to March 2020. Steve has also held positions as a territory manager at Allergan from December 2007 to March 2011, shareholder at Healthcare Recruitment Business from December 2017 to November 2019, operations director at a recruitment business from April 2011 to December 2017, and director at Asentor Limited from September 2005 to December 2007. Steve began their career as a business manager at Novartis Pharmaceuticals from June 2002 to September 2005.

Steve O. has a Type 7 Level from the Chartered Management Institute and a Master’s Degree from the University of Brighton. Steve is also certified from the Chartered Management Institute in CMgr MCMI.
