Thomas Cintra is an engineer at Outtake, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Thomas served as the Head of Research at Xenophon Labs from February 2023 to April 2024, contributing to the establishment of a quantitative consultancy for leading DeFi protocols such as Curve, dYdX, and Aave. Prior to that, Thomas worked at Goldman Sachs as a Quantitative Strategist in the Corporate Treasury division, focusing on Interest Rate Risk and Net Interest Income modeling from June 2021 to February 2023. Additionally, Thomas held the role of President during the 5C Hackathon from August 2020 to February 2021, where the first virtual hackathon was organized at the Claremont Colleges. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a joint major in Mathematics and Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Saint Francis College São Paulo.
