André Beerten

André Beerten is an experienced professional in information security and privacy, currently serving as a volunteer at Land van Ons since January 2020. André has been a lecturer at Outvie since April 2016, focusing on information security in the Certified Data Protection Officer program. Recent roles include serving as an advisor to the CISO at Máxima Medisch Centrum, as well as a cyber security consultant, and providing support at Dijklander Ziekenhuis as an IB-coach where implementation of NEN7510-ISMS was emphasized. André's work includes notable positions at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, and the City of Amsterdam, where André applied the Meetbare Maatregel Aanpak method for improving information security across various departments.
