We work with people who wish to learn and grow, whether on a team or professional level (team development, coaching, leadership, ...) or on a personal level (personal growth, relational competence).
Based on the philosophy of experiential learning, we work towards learning objectives via tailored activities in an outdoor framework. Skilled process facilitation during debrief sessions ensures the learning outcomes.
Outward Bound® offers custom designed programs for corporate organizations as well as non-profit organizations, and has worked with a wide variety of Belgian, European and Global organizations.
