Will Johnson is the CEO of Outward Intelligence, an AI-native quantitative research platform, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the CEO of The Harris Poll from 2017 to 2025 and as President at BAV Consulting from 2015 to 2017. Will has also held leadership roles at Young & Rubicam and WPP. In addition to their business expertise, they are a nationally syndicated columnist for USA Today and have contributed essays to major publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. Will holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and graduated magna cum laude from Lafayette College.
