Dean has previously served as the Director of Operations at David Webb and held roles at Cartier and Van Cleef and Arpels, where they developed a strong foundation in operations management and trend analysis. They hold an M.Phil from the University of Glasgow and a BFA from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
