Rob Rader

Rob Rader is a highly experienced and award-winning general counsel with over 15 years in business affairs, operations, and government relations within the media and tech sectors. Currently, Rader serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Ovation, a cable network focused on arts and culture, while also participating on the boards of KCRW and Santa Monica College. Previously, Rader held significant roles in legal affairs at MGM Studios and various prestigious law firms, contributing to major projects in film and digital media. Rader has been recognized for key achievements in supervisorial roles and has participated in substantial mergers and acquisitions in the media landscape.
