Andrew B. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew started their career in 2004 as a Customer Service representative at J & F Reddy Rents, Inc. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Math and Science Tutor at Richfield High School. In 2009, they briefly served as a Referee at Recreations Sports and Outdoor. Concurrently, they worked as a Mathematics Grader at UMD Department of Mathematics and Statistics. In 2012, they joined Northern Tool + Equipment, initially as an Associate E-commerce Marketing Analyst, where they successfully transitioned the company's paid search program to an in-house team and grew sales by 30%. Andrew then progressed to the role of E-commerce Marketing Analyst, Bid Programs, where they provided strategic direction, implemented successful bidding strategies, and utilized paid search software to achieve sales and advertising goals. In 2016, they were promoted to Lead Search Engine Marketing Analyst, responsible for optimizing bid folder settings and managing bidding and reporting aspects of the paid search program. In 2018, Andrew joined Ovative Group as a Manager in Marketing Services and quickly advanced to the role of Senior Manager in 2020. Currently, they serve as a Director in Paid Media.
Andrew B. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Actuarial Sciences along with Economics at the University of Minnesota. Furthermore, they have acquired additional certifications including MAP Certification from the Ovative group in April 2021 and Kenshoo Search certification from Kenshoo in September 2020.
