Jesse Grittner has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jesse started their career as an Account Manager at IT Convergence in 2002 and later moved on to work as a Summer Associate at Faegre & Benson LLP in 2004. From there, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager in 2006.
In 2011, Jesse joined Target where they held various roles, including Group Manager of Enterprise Strategy and Senior Group Manager of Multichannel Strategy. During their time at Target, they led strategic initiatives, collaborated across functions, and provided coaching and mentoring to their team members.
In 2014, Jesse joined Aimia Inc as the Senior Director of Loyalty Consulting and later became the Vice President of Loyalty Consulting in 2016. Jesse then moved on to Ovative Group in 2016 as the Vice President of Measurement & Activation before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategy Consulting and eventually Senior Vice President of Growth.

Jesse Grittner obtained a BA degree in Computer Science from Brandeis University between 1998 and 2002. After that, Jesse pursued further education and earned a JD degree in Law from Yale Law School, attending from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Jesse obtained MAP certification from the Ovative Group in April 2021.
