UK Customer Success Manager at Ovatu - World Class Booking Software

Amy Patterson has a diverse work experience history. Amy started their career as a Receptionist at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa in 2005. Amy then worked as a Box Office Clerk and later as a Young People's Theatre Coordinator, Receptionist, and Front of House Manager at The Theatre Royal Bath Limited from 2005 to 2010. In 2013, they briefly worked as an Events Assistant at Bath Half Marathon Limited and as an Account Manager at Northgate Training Activities. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Placement Coordinator at City of Bath College. Later on, they became an Employability Advisor for Digital and Creative Tech and a Placement Coordinator at the same college, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Running High Events Limited, initially as a Registration and Charity Manager and later as a Registration and Partnerships Manager for the Bath Half Marathon. Since 2018, they have been working at Ovatu - Intelligent Booking Software, first as a Customer Success Specialist and currently as a UK Customer Success Manager.

Amy Patterson attended Bath Spa University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth).
