At OVE Capital, we believe private markets require a more transparent, flexible and investor-aligned approach. We provide sophisticated professional and institutional investors with direct, deal-by-deal access to high-quality private market opportunities, without 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝-𝐩𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, with 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬, and with 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 over capital allocation.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐛𝐲-𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬:

• No blind-pool commitments
• Customised portfolio construction (“cherry-picking”)
• Lower and more transparent fee structures
• Capital deployed immediately into selected opportunities
• Enhanced access to due-diligence materials

OVE Capital sources institutional-grade transactions, conducts rigorous due diligence through its experienced investment teams, co-invests alongside its investors for full alignment, supports value creation, and manages assets through exit. We bring professional structure, governance, and discipline to the 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐛𝐲-𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥, focusing on 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 (𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫) 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 within private equity and infrastructure.

For investors who value clarity, selectivity, alignment and trust, OVE Capital offers a disciplined way to access and deploy capital into private markets, one opportunity at a time.
