Carly Ball has a wealth of experience in the retail industry. Carly began their career in 2011 as an intern at Nordstrom. Carly then held a variety of roles at Nordstrom, including Department Manager- Fine and Fashion Jewelry, Department Manager- Women's Apparel, Department Manager TBD/Dresses, Department Manager, Point of View & Narrative, and Department Manager- Point of View. In 2014, they began their current role as Inventory Manager at Oventure.

Carly Ball has a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management from Texas Tech University.
