Deven Spear has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1988 when they were an Owner-Operator at Keith and Kyle Corporation. Deven then became President at Information Design Corporation in 1991, Co-Founder and Chief Sales Officer at VisionFactory, Inc. in 1996, Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman at BrightDoor Systems, Inc. in 2004, Chief Experience Architect at Marketecture, LLC in 2002, Managing Partner at Spear Consultants, Ltd. in 2014, and Chief Innovation Officer at Overabove in 2017. Most recently, in 2022, Deven Spear became Co-Founder and Managing Director at OA3, a web 3 consultancy and studio. Theirmission at OA3 is to empower traditional client segments with the leverage of on-chain solutions.

Deven Spear attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 1983 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Marketing and Management.
