Stephen Liptrap

Stephen Liptrap is an experienced executive with a strong background in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at Bloom Coaching and advisory roles for several organizations, including the Disability Inclusion Business Council and TELUS Health, Liptrap previously held the position of President and CEO at LifeWorks for over 14 years. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at ConAgra Foods as Vice President of Human Resources International, where notable business growth and success were achieved. Liptrap also held various leadership roles at NCR, Symantec, and Dylex, with a career spanning several decades across multiple industries. Educational credentials include completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and a HBA in Business from Western University.
