Simran Mudhar

Simran Mudhar serves as the Environmental and Sustainability Manager at Overbury since August 2022, after previously holding the position of Graduate Environmental and Sustainability Manager. Prior to Overbury, Simran worked at Bupa from October 2019 to September 2022 in various roles, including Healthcare Consultant, where responsibilities involved customer retention, upselling, underwriting, and data analysis, as well as Member Services Specialist and Digital Advisor, focusing on process implementation and stakeholder management. Simran's earlier experience includes a role as Customer Service Sales Representative at Monsoon Accessorize and as a Student Mentor at the University of Sussex, along with field research on climate change impacts during a Zzyzx Field Investigation. Simran holds an MSc in Sustainable Development and a BSc in Geography from the University of Sussex, complemented by A levels in Geography, Psychology, and Mathematics from Upton Court Grammar School, as well as a strong academic foundation with eleven GCSEs from Heston Community School.
