Overdrive Studios is a San Francisco–based film and media production company specializing in cinematic storytelling, visual world-building, and full-service production support.

Founded by filmmaker Chris Hinton, the studio operates from a 6,000-sq-ft facility featuring a 50×50 soundstage, edit suite, prop and fabrication shop, and crew lounge. Designed by filmmakers, for filmmakers, Overdrive offers a flexible environment for independent and commercial productions seeking professional-grade infrastructure without corporate barriers.

Our in-house team develops original IP while also supporting outside productions with scalable services.
