Leandro Pessoa

Leandro Pessoa is the CEO of Overdub, where they lead digital transformation from strategy to execution and foster agile organizations. They also serve as Advisor de Transformação Digital at Órbi Conecta, a leading hub of innovation and entrepreneurship in Minas Gerais. Their experience includes academia and industry leadership, with past professor roles at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (MBA em Negócios Digitais - Transformação Digital, 2021–2024), Ietec (Professor de Pós-Graduação, 2017–2022), and Fundação Dom Cabral (Professor, 2022–2024). They hold an electrical engineering degree from UFMG (Graduate, 1990–1995), an MSc in Computer Engineering (UFMG, 1997–1998), and an MBA (Fundação Dom Cabral, 2006–2007), along with additional executive education including Hyper Island Master Class in Business Transformation (2016) and Design Thinking & Agile (University of Virginia, 2016). They completed a specialization course on The Materiality of ESG Factors at the University of Pennsylvania.
