Troy Pollock

Troy Pollock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Team Church and an Advisor at Overflow, Troy also founded and manages TP Solutions. Previous roles include Founder & CEO of Tome App, founding team member and Board of Directors at Leadr, and various executive positions at Pushpay, including Chief Ambassador and Chief Marketing Officer. Additionally, Troy has served as Executive Director at The Way Church and worked as a Fire Inspector for the Riverside County Fire Department. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Sociology, and Spanish from San Diego State University and an Associate's degree from Palomar College.
