Vance Roush

CEO & Founder at Overflow

Vance Roush is the CEO and Founder of Overflow. Prior to Overflow, Roush was the Director of Product Management at Adara, Inc. from 2013 to 2020. At Adara, Roush was responsible for leading an initiative to identify and proactively detect spam, fraud, and abuse trends on Google's ad network. Vance also project managed for the creation of a trend tracking tool that provided deep insights into advertiser behavior and fraud trends. In addition, Roush co-owned the English Region Market Report and delivered high level strategic recommendations to upper management and various stakeholders.

Before Adara, Roush worked as a Product Quality Associate at Google from 2011 to 2012. As part of a global effort to improve the quality of Google ads, Roush traveled to Hyderabad, India for training on a workflow which increased the scope of work and responsibilities for our team in Mountain View. Vance also put together copy/content across 29 initiatives around the globe for the launch of Google.com/entrepreneurs.

Roush has received numerous awards for their work in product quality and management, including the Q1 2012 Product Quality Operations Platinum Award and the Q3 2012 Product Quality Operations Gold Award. In addition, they were 1st place out of 25 ideas in the Global Ads Quality Operations Ideas Competition.

Vance Roush has a business degree from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business with a focus in marketing and information systems. Vance also has a business degree from Università Bocconi.
