Colette Ding has extensive experience in technical support and education. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist and previously as a C3 Monitoring and Support Representative at Overhaul since November 2018, Colette holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Programming and a Level I Certificate in Computer Programming - Java Track from Austin Community College, completed in December 2018. Prior experience includes work as a CMEP Analyst at Texas Reliability Entity, Inc., where responsibilities involved drafting compliance monitoring templates and procedures in accordance with NERC Rules, as well as roles in educational settings spanning from ESL teaching to office management. Colette earned a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta in 1998.
