Shaler Williams

Shaler Williams has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting from 1992, they worked as a Data System Technician in the US Navy until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they served as a Senior Technologist at National Starch Chemical, where they contributed to process improvement projects and generated $2.4 million in new revenue. In 2008, Shaler joined the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Department Manager, overseeing classified networks and international travel coordination. They also held the role of Navy Qualified Instructor and Lead Instructor. In 2013, Shaler became the President/Owner of Distinctive Shower Doors, Glass, and Mirrors, Inc., where they implemented process improvement techniques, negotiated with customers/contractors to increase profitability, and handled various business responsibilities. In 2021, they worked as a UAV Pilot at Valmont Industries, Inc. and currently hold the position of Chief Pilot at Overhead Intelligence, starting in February 2022.

Shaler Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 2008 and 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Shaler has obtained the following: FEMA IS100 and IS200 from the International Accreditors for Continuing Education & Training (IACET), OSHA-30 and OSHA-30 Contractor from the University of South Florida, and FAA Part 107 from the Federal Aviation Administration. Shaler also holds a DoD Top Secret (TS-SCI) Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense.
