Joshua MacFarlane

Joshua Macfarlane currently serves as Vice President of Legal at OVERJET and is a TechGC Member, part of an exclusive community for General Counsels. Previously, Joshua held the position of General Counsel and Head of Legal at Ribbon Health, overseeing critical legal functions in a healthcare data platform environment. Prior to that, Joshua served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Packable, where contributions included co-managing a significant SPAC transaction and negotiating extensive commercial agreements. Joshua’s experience began as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, and included roles such as Law Clerk for the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary and Policy Analyst for the Native American Finance Officers Association. Joshua holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Master's Degree from The University of Edinburgh.
