Nimesh P.

Nimesh P. is an experienced technology leader with a comprehensive background in engineering and data management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at OVERJET since September 2025, Nimesh heads a global engineering organization. Previously, Nimesh held several key positions at Ripple from November 2021 to August 2025, including Head of Data and Senior Director of Software Engineering, overseeing global data initiatives and the RippleX engineering organization. Prior to Ripple, Nimesh contributed to Google from September 2015 to November 2021, progressing from a software engineer to a technical leadership role while enhancing messaging services for over a billion users. Other experience includes significant roles at Jibe Mobile, cycos AG, Tech Mahindra Germany, IBM India Software Labs, and Elitecore Technologies Ltd. Nimesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from U.V.Patel College of Engineering, completed in 2004, and has expertise in a variety of technologies including Java, React, AWS, and various software development tools and methodologies.
