Kirk Joy is an experienced coach and executive with a diverse background in sports and business leadership. Currently serving as the Head Coach for Girls Varsity Golf and various assistant coaching roles at The Overlake School since September 2019, Kirk also founded Optimum Te Consulting in January 2018, specializing in strategy consulting, leadership development, team building, and executive coaching. Previous coaching roles include Head Coach of Girls Varsity Basketball and various assistant positions at Garrison Forest School from November 2017 to June 2019. Kirk has extensive corporate experience from T. Rowe Price, where responsibilities included Head of Product Management for North America Mutual Funds and Vice President of Finance and Administration, managing significant budgets and launching over 125 investment products. Kirk's early career includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at University National Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas.
