Mia Wall, Ph.D., is an experienced English language expert with over 20 years in education, writing, and program development. Currently an Upper School English Teacher at The Overlake School, Mia has successfully increased enrollment in AP English Language and Composition and maintained average AP scores above national averages. Previously, Mia held positions such as head of writing support at Tulane University Athletics and adjunct English instructor at Tulane University. Additionally, Mia has contributed to various educational and community initiatives, notably serving on boards and committees within Lake Washington School District. Mia earned a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from Tulane University and a BA from Vassar College.
