Rony B. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Administrative Assistant at SETP in 2011. Rony then moved on to become a Hotel Receptionist at Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Trade Assistant at Dinâmica Distribuidora, where they controlled the company's import and export activities, freight and price negotiating, conducted data collection on operations, and monitored the international trade processes with the Customs Broker. In 2018, they became an Independent Contractor/Video Editor at YouTube. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Overlapp since 2022.

Rony B. attended the Flatiron School, where they obtained a degree in Software Engineering with a focus in Computer Software Engineering.
