Paul Whyte

Paul Whyte has extensive work experience in the financial industry, specifically in real estate investment banking. Paul started their career at Salomon Brothers in 1993 as a Vice President. From there, they joined Deutsche Bank in 1997 as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking, where they worked until 2010. Paul then moved to Credit Suisse, where they served as the Managing Director and Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group in the U.S. until 2019. Paul Whyte then joined Wells Fargo in 2019 as the Managing Director in Real Estate Investment Banking, and they worked there until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Institutional Capital Markets at Overmoon, starting in 2023.

Paul Whyte has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
