Darrell Er is an experienced entrepreneur and marketing professional with a diverse background in education, digital marketing, and strategic planning. As Co-founder of Talent Pod (Asia) since May 2025, Darrell focuses on connecting untapped talent in Southeast Asia with global market demands. As Founder and CEO of OVERMUGGED, Darrell has developed a dynamic education brand offering innovative learning experiences. Previous roles include Co-founder and CMO at tuut, where Darrell contributed to a super-app that connects users with local tuition centers, and Assistant Manager at the Singapore Tourism Board, overseeing digital marketing and strategic initiatives. Darrell's early experiences include positions at Moët Hennessy, Little Red Ants Creative Studio, and Big 3 Media, alongside a tenure as a Science Teacher. Darrell holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has studied at Jönköping University.
