Glendon Phua currently serves as Chief of Staff at OVERMUGGED since December 2023, focusing on innovative tutor training. In addition, Glendon has held the position of Head of High-Performance Committee at the Singapore Floorball Association since January 2020, where responsibilities include strategizing developmental plans for regional and international tournaments and refining athlete selection criteria. Previous roles include Manager at the Chandler Institute of Governance and the Ministry of National Development, where Glendon led curriculum research and R&D strategy formulation in urban solutions, respectively. Prior experience also includes Program Manager for the Student Leadership Development Program and Level Subject Head for Biology at the Ministry of Education, as well as competing as a National Athlete and Vice-Captain of the Singapore Men’s Floorball Team. Glendon holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Life Sciences and a Diploma of Education from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, along with a Summer Exchange Program at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
