Oswaldo Otero

Oswaldo Otero has a wealth of experience in the software development and product management fields. Oswaldo began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Coordinator with the Intel Computer Clubhouse Network. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an IT Manager at Tomas Moro School of Government, where they developed online tools for the school. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Software Developer at Original Impressions, where they developed a major project that represented more than $4M in revenue. In 2007, they joined Beasley Broadcast Group as a Senior Programmer, where they developed a major NFL-based game with more than 120,000 players and over $1.3M in revenue. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Director of Software Architecture at Decipherlabs, where they were responsible for leading and managing a large group of developers and several projects simultaneously. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Director of Software Architecture and Product Development at Celadon Reef LLC, where they headed and managed a large group of developers in two different remote locations. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Director of Programming & Strategy at Beasley Broadcast Group, where they led and managed the digital strategy for 58 radio stations and company websites. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Senior Product Owner at Boats Group, where they headed multiple technology-driven products, managed and led product roadmaps, directed remote and local scrum teams, and facilitated weekly status updates to stakeholders and upper management. Finally, from 2019 to the present, they have been the VP of Product and Software Development Manager at Overproof.

Oswaldo Otero attended Oral Roberts University for their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Theology/Theological Studies. Oswaldo then attended Liberty University for their Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from 2010 to 2015. Oswaldo returned to Liberty University to obtain their Master of Science - MS in Executive Leadership, which they completed in 2024.
