Oversea Solutions helps European companies scale their engineering teams through a structured, transparent offshore development model — combining the depth of Egypt's engineering talent with the legal reliability of a Dutch-based operation.
We connect startups, scale-ups, and growing businesses across Europe with skilled developers, engineers, and IT professionals from Egypt — without the complexity, risk, or overhead typically associated with offshore hiring.
What makes our model different:
Our clients sign standard contracts governed by Dutch law, receive Euro-denominated invoices, and work with teams that are fully integrated into their daily workflows — using their tools, joining their standups, and operating within their processes. We act as the employer of record in Egypt, managing all local payroll, compliance, and HR — so our clients can focus entirely on delivery.
Our engagement models:

Dedicated Developers — Long-term developers fully integrated into your team
Team Augmentation — Scale your existing team quickly and flexibly
Project-Based Development — End-to-end delivery for clearly defined projects
Managed Services — Ongoing development with full delivery ownership
IT Infrastructure Setup — Secure, scalable foundations for growing teams

Why Egypt:
Egypt offers one of the strongest engineering talent pools in the region — 500,000+ IT professionals, 240,000+ STEM graduates annually, minimal time zone difference with Europe, and a 40–60% cost advantage compared to Western European hiring — without compromising on seniority or quality.
Our presence:
We operate with a legal and client-facing base in The Hague, Netherlands and a delivery and operations hub in Egypt — giving our clients both the trust of a European partner and the efficiency of an offshore model.
Whether you need one developer or a full team, we'll help you scale in a way that makes sense for your business
