Dan Swimm is an experienced finance and operations leader currently serving at OverseeAI since September 2024. Previously, Dan held the position of Vice President, Global Revenue & Business Operations at Formstack, where leadership extended across all departments driving the company's business operations. Dan also served as Vice President of Global Customer Experience at Papaya Global, leading a substantial global team to enhance customer satisfaction. At Duck Creek Technologies, Dan was Senior Director of Global GTM Strategy & Operations, significantly contributing to the company's IPO. Earlier roles include senior management at Penn Foster during its hyper-growth phase, and experience in investment banking with Bulger Partners and Brook Venture Partners.
