Erin Harness

Erin Harness has extensive experience in client success and account management roles. Erin is currently the Director of Client Success at Oversight, where they lead a team and ensures client satisfaction. Prior to this, they held various roles at Oversight, including Manager of Client Success, Team Lead of Client Success, and Senior Client Success Manager.

Before joining Oversight, Erin worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Client Success Manager, where they played a pivotal role in establishing best practices for client onboarding and configuration of the Compensation Software product. Erin also focused on increasing client engagement and renewal retention.

Earlier in their career, Erin served as a Customer Success Manager at ClearCompany Talent Management Software, where they drove product adoption and revenue retention through strategic client partnerships. Erin also worked at TEKsystems as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for business development and fostering client relationships in the IT staffing and services industry. Additionally, Erin gained experience as a Recruiter at TEKsystems, specializing in placing IT professionals in senior positions.

Prior to TEKsystems, Erin worked at Southern Wine & Spirits as a Market Specialist and Territory Manager. In these roles, they successfully drove sales strategies, exceeded sales goals, and fostered key customer relationships.

Erin Harness attended York School from 2001 to 2005. Erin then went on to study at the University of the Pacific from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance.
