Overstone is an alternative investment group deploying its own capital across two verticals: Overstone Capital, focused on real assets and private markets, and Overstone Development, focused on origination and development of real estate projects across the UAE, EU, SEA, and Ukraine.

The Group operates from a nine-figure anchor capital base. Principal capital is committed first. Investment decisions are made by the same team that bears the downside — that alignment shapes every underwriting decision: equity-first structures, disciplined entry pricing, and explicit return floors before deployment proceeds.

Across both verticals, the philosophy is consistent — capital protection precedes return optimization. In private markets, the focus is structured credit, special situations, and select exposures with asymmetric profiles. In real estate, the Group sources off-market projects in supply-constrained markets, underwrites to conservative exit assumptions, and targets risk-adjusted MOICs that justify illiquidity. Current active pipeline spans residential and mixed-use development across five jurisdictions, with a $200M deployment target across the 2026–2029 horizon.

Overstone underwrites, develops, and holds.
