Tyson Miller, MBA, LCSW has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Tyson started their career as a therapist at Spokane Mental Health in 2005 and later worked at Access Point Family Services as a therapist and supervisor for behavior specialists. In 2007, they joined Creekside Home Health and Hospice as an LCSW, providing grief counseling and developing a bereavement program. From 2011 to 2018, Tyson worked at Intermountain Healthcare as a psychotherapist at the McKay-Dee Behavioral Health Institute, where they led and provided therapy for a mental health clinic and integration program. Tyson expanded the program to improve mental health access for patients. In 2018, Tyson became a Program Manager at Brookshire Behavioral Health, where they managed therapists and staff, developed marketing strategies, and improved relationships between physicians and service providers. Tyson's most recent role is as the Clinical Director at the Overt Foundation, beginning in 2023.
Tyson Miller holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Tyson also obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Political Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tyson has certifications in EMDR and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Other certifications include being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a NOJOS Clinical Provider.
