Mindy Debruce

Mindy DeBruce is an accomplished athletics administrator with extensive experience in player services, compliance, and gender equity in sports. Currently serving as the Head of Player Services & Experience and League Administrator at Overtime since March 2022, Mindy is integral to the basketball operations unit of Overtime Elite, enhancing the journeys of young athletes. Previously, from March 2013 to March 2022, Mindy held multiple roles at Kennesaw State University, including Associate AD for Administration and Assistant AD for Compliance, focusing on student-athlete welfare, crisis management, and NCAA compliance. Mindy's career began at Albany State University, where responsibilities included monitoring academic progress of athletes and supporting the Director of Athletic Compliance. Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Physical Education and Recreation from Albany State University and a Master's degree in Sports Management and NCAA Compliance from the United States Sports University.
