Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is an Associate Director of Engineering with over 25 years in the biotech and medical product development industry. They have a proven track record of bringing medical devices and consumables to production release, alongside strong project and team management experience in multidisciplinary environments. Jeff previously served as a Senior Manager at Synthego Corporation, leading a team to develop single-use consumables for automated gene therapy workcells, and as a Senior Manager of Consumables R&D at Cytovale. Prior to these roles, they were the Principal Mechanical Engineer at Omnica Corporation, where they managed projects specializing in medical and consumer product development. Jeff is currently pursuing education at UCSB.
