Jeff Norlin

Jeff Norlin is the Special Projects Operations Lead at Overture. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on e-commerce and web development.

Jeff started their career as an applications analyst and webmaster at Metromail in 1993. Jeff later became a senior consultant at Automated Concepts Inc. and then a senior systems engineer at Technology Advisors Inc. In 2000, they joined Infusion e-business as their chief e-commerce evangelist. Jeff remained with the company for 18 years until joining Overture in 2018.

In their current role, Jeff is responsible for managing special projects and initiatives for Overture. Jeff is an expert in e-commerce and web development, and their experience and knowledge are invaluable to the company.

Jeff Norlin has a MS in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.

Jeff Norlin reports to Mike Wilson, VP, Operations. They work with Wendy Parsons - Production Manager, Rolando Puck - Production Manager, and Maria Gonzalez - Embroidery Floor Manager.
