Mark Kramer

Mark Kramer currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Overture Promotions since July 2025. Prior to this role, Mark held the same position at XCEL Staffing Solutions from April 2017 to July 2025, focusing on aligning financial operations with corporate strategy to drive growth and efficiency. Additionally, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at Yona Solutions from August 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included scaling the company to nine-figure revenues and establishing a NetSuite ERP system. Mark's previous experience includes serving as Director of Acquisition Integration and Vice President of Finance at IDEX Corporation, where Mark oversaw financial restructuring initiatives and conducted due diligence for acquisitions. His career began at Aon Hewitt, where Mark led a large team for a global ERP implementation and transformed financial forecasting in the consulting segment. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
