Tad Mielnicki has a long and varied career in technology and national security. In 2011, they began as a Senior Advisor for the Joint IED Defeat Organization. In 2014, they Co-Founded and became Chief Strategy Officer of Second Front Systems. In 2015, they were a Partner and Co-Founder of Access Advisory Group, a Mentor for CyberLaunch VC, and a Cyber Security Advisor for Self Employed. In 2018, they were a Senior Director Security, Governance and Compliance for Egnyte. In 2021, they were an Advisor for Kynder App, a Partner for Technology Recruiting, and a Co-Founder for Overwatch. Tad is also an Advisory Council Member for VMware Tanzu.
Tad Mielnicki attended The Catholic University of America from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
