Cécile Thiercelin

Cécile Thiercelin is currently the International HRBP Director, managing the international HR Department at OVH across 16 countries. Previously, Cécile served as an HR Business Partner for industry and data centers, where they supported various teams and led global projects including the establishment of new data centers. With a background in hiring and talent management from roles at KIABI, NOCIBE, and ÏDKIDS.COMMUNITY, Cécile has developed extensive expertise in HR operations and organizational design. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at IAE de Lille.
