Emmanuel Gonzalez

Emmanuel Gonzalez is an experienced professional in the field of training and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Training Center at OVHcloud since November 2019. Prior to this role, Emmanuel was responsible for the development of competencies at La Redoute from November 2013 to October 2019, where responsibilities included implementing pedagogical strategies such as gamification and managing training programs for employees. Emmanuel's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Training Manager at Atos Worldline, where budget management and training program optimization were key focuses, along with recruitment and career management endeavors. Additionally, Emmanuel worked in HR Development at Castorama, supporting store managers on various HR-related challenges.
