Eric Vidal

Eric Vidal is an IT Team Leader at OVH since July 2019, responsible for managing the VoIP/SMS activity, launching new products, growing the VoIP team, and implementing agile methodologies and process automation. Previously, Eric served as a Solutions Architect at Capgemini, focusing on innovation and cloud migration. Eric's earlier experience includes a decade at Sicap - Group, where Eric held various roles including Head of Innovation, contributing to the development of a new SaaS product line and managing a multicultural team. Eric has extensive technical expertise developed through roles at OSIATIS, Coface Services, and Prosodie, specializing in Java EE and telecom environments. Eric's educational background includes a Master's in Advanced Information Systems and a Maîtrise in Mathematics and Computer Science.
