John Gazal

John Gazal has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. John started their career as an intern at Meccano (Toys) in 1995. John then interned at A.T. Kearney in 1997. John worked as a senior consultant at Gemini Consulting & Services from 1998 to 2000. John co-founded Dep Solutions in 2000 and served as a Project Manager until 2007.

In 2005, John joined Santander UK, where they held various roles including Head of IT Internal Helpdesk and Head of Complaints Operations. John later became the Head of Operational Complaints Control & Analytics and Head of Strategic Programme Management, Strategy & CEO Office.

From 2015 to 2016, John worked as the Corporate Director in the Chairman's Office and Group Strategy at Banco Santander. John then transitioned to a freelance consultancy role as a Senior Consultant in 2016 before joining OVHcloud in 2017 as the Transformation Director. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President for Southern Europe & Brazil at OVHcloud.

John Gazal completed their CEMS Master's in International Management from Esade in 1997. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree with an International Track and specialization in International Marketing from HEC Paris from 1993 to 1997.
