Lionel Sultan

Lionel SULTAN is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing professional services and customer engagement across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Professional Services at OVHcloud since October 2020, Lionel previously held the position of Partner Service Manager EMEA at Verint, where responsibilities included managing customer services through partners and driving operational activities in several regions. With a strong background at BT as Head of Practice for Unified Communications & Collaboration, Lionel oversaw large teams and business development efforts. Earlier roles included project management and consultancy positions at organizations such as Beijaflore, LS Consulting, and Verizon, covering diverse projects in VoIP deployment and network infrastructure development. Lionel holds a Master of Science in Data Networks from Isep - École d'ingénieurs du numérique and completed executive education at HEC Paris in 2014.
