Servane Mischler is an experienced professional in customer experience and digital strategy, currently serving as Voice of Customer & Customer Experience Manager at OVHcloud since April 2018. In this role, Servane has launched and managed the Voice of Customer initiative, improved customer experience through project management, digital transformation, and satisfaction measurement. Prior experience includes significant roles at FDJ - Française des Jeux, where Servane defined customer satisfaction strategies and coordinated digital projects, and at Orange, where leadership in product launches and partner network management was demonstrated.
